Initial Assessment
For GLP-1 medical weight management, InvisaRED, IV therapy, NAD+, wellness injections, women's wellness, Morpheus8 body, and lipolysis. Complimentary.
Injectables & skin treatments
Aesthetics Assessment
For Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra, microneedling, clinical facials, chemical peels, and Morpheus8 face and neck. Complimentary.
What to expect
Choose your appointment type
New patients book either an Initial Assessment (body, wellness, and weight management concerns) or an Aesthetics Assessment (injectables and skin treatments). Both are complimentary.
Complete your intake
After booking you will receive a brief intake form covering your health history and goals. Completing it before your visit lets your provider come prepared.
Your consultation
Your provider will review your intake, listen to your concerns, and discuss realistic options. There is no pressure and no obligation. We listen before we recommend.
Your protocol
If you decide to move forward, we build a treatment plan around your goals, your timeline, and your life. Everything is explained clearly before anything begins.
Common questions
Is the consultation really complimentary?
Yes. Initial Assessments and Aesthetics Assessments at O Body + Wellness are complimentary for new patients. There is no fee to meet with our clinical team.
What is the difference between an Initial Assessment and an Aesthetics Assessment?
The Initial Assessment is for body, wellness, and weight management concerns — GLP-1 programs, InvisaRED, IV therapy, women's wellness, and similar treatments. The Aesthetics Assessment is for injectables and skin treatments — Botox, fillers, microneedling, facials, and Morpheus8. If you have both types of concerns, let us know when you book and we will direct you to the right appointment.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
No special preparation is required. Arrive as you are. If you have relevant medical history, medications, or prior treatment records you would like to share, bring those. Wear comfortable clothing if you are being assessed for a body or skin concern.
Where are you located and where can I park?
O Body + Wellness is located at 4522 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308. Parking is available on-site.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm. Saturday appointments are available by request. Call or book online to check availability.
